#### Requirements
- Two laptop configurations: 7 x Intel i5 (16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD) and 7 x Intel i7 (16 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD); both with Windows 11 Pro, 16–17" displays, full numeric keypad, traditional clamshell, 3-year on-site warranty.
- No substitutions without MBDA approval; any deviation from minimum specs must be declared in the bid.
- All prices exclusive of VAT; VAT applicable (pricing schedule in Annexure A).
- Delivery to MBDA Office, Tramways Building, Gqeberha; delivery within PO timelines; late delivery may cancel the order.
- MBDA may modify items after closing date based on budget/requirements.
- Quotation validity: 60 days from closing date.
- Evaluation: 80/20 price with specific goals per MBD 6.1 (price 80; specific goals 20). Specific goals include: B-BBEE status, Nelson Mandela Bay area location, ownership by black women and black youth.
