## Summary

#### Overview
**MEGA seeks to appoint a service provider to provide equity investment management services for MEGA's equity portfolio for 36 months.** This open tender targets qualified equity/investment management firms with a valid FSCA license authorising discretionary investment management as a Financial Services Provider, and proven experience managing institutional/government investment portfolios.

#### Requirements
- A valid FSCA licence/authorisation for discretionary investment management as an FSP (valid on closing date).
- Company/CC/Trust/Partnership registration certificates.
- Fully completed pricing schedule.
- Proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance valid on closing date.
- Fully completed and signed SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1.
- Letter of authority to sign bidding documents.
- Certified copies of directors’ or shareholders’ IDs.
- Proof of registration on Central Supplier Database (detailed report).
- Letter of approval by Executive Authority if a member is a government employee.
- Certified copies of academic and professional qualifications of proposed key members.
- CVs of all proposed key members.

- Submit in sealed envelope to MEGA Head Office, 02 Eastern Boulevard, Riverside, Mbombela 1200; bid box on first floor, Supply Chain Management Unit.
- Include two formats: one original and one USB copy.
- Submit the pricing schedule, SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, and documents evidencing tax compliance (PIN) or CSD registration; FSCA licence; company registrations; CVs and qualifications of key members.
