Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement ci-après dénommé PNUD invite par la présente les soumissionnaires potentiels à présenter une offre conformément au cahier des charges et au programme des exigences tels qu'ils figurent dans le présent appel d'offres.

Cet Appel d'offre est lancé pour sélectionner les entreprises pour la

"Fourniture, installation, mise en service et accompagnement technique du système solaire photovoltaïque de l’UniPod Tsimbazaza à Antananarivo Madagascar",

constitué en un (01) seul Lot indivisible.

Une inspection collective du Site ainsi qu’une réunion d’information auront lieu simultanément le 23 juin 2026 de 9h00 à 12h00, heures locales à Madagascar, à l'adresse ci-après :
