## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of 3D mobile handheld laser scanner survey equipment, related software, maintenance contract and training for Transnet Property in the Northern Region on a one-off basis.** Bidders should have geospatial surveying equipment manufacturing/service capability, SA OEM accreditation for the offered hardware, and capacity to provide training and maintenance.

#### Requirements
- SA OEM authorization letter for the specific scanner make/model and service capability.
- OEM training/service certificates for technicians intended to support the equipment.
- Attendance at the formal briefing (non-compulsory per the RFP; notify attendance by email to Mulweli Mukosi for Teams briefing on 30 Oct 2026).
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS or a CSD number; separate TCS for consortia/joint ventures.
- B-BBEE compliance: include B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit as applicable to turnover category.
- References: traceable five-year experience with handheld laser scanners in the geospatial field, with invoices totalling at least R850 000 in a single year.
- Integrity and confidentiality: sign Supplier Integrity Pact and Confidentiality/NDA documents as part of bid (Annexures F, E, H).
- Submissions via the Transnet e-tender portal using individual company profiles (not on behalf of others).
