#### Overview
**Procurement of Monitoring, armed response, maintenance and repairs of intruder alarms for 36 months at uShaka Marine World.** Bidders should be security/alarms providers with PSIRA registration, experienced project management and certified intruder alarm technicians, capable of ongoing monitoring, on-site armed response, and maintenance across a multi-year contract (RFI/ESP process via eThekwini). #### Requirements
- PSIRA registration for the service provider and for the intruder-alarm technician; provide evidence in tender.
- Demonstrated experience in monitoring, armed response, maintenance and repairs of intruder alarms (minimum functionality score of 60).
- Key staff: CVs for Project Manager and Intruder Alarm Technician with relevant certifications.
- Registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini supplier database; provide IDs (MAAA numbers), Tax PIN/Tax Clearance, VAT status.
- Compliance documents: Declaration of Municipal Fees, Occupational Health and Safety Act (37.2 agreement), MBD forms 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9, plus joint venture documentation if applicable.
- Local content/priorities as per SCM policy; preference points according to Specific Goals ( Ownership, etc.).
- Delivery terms: fixed price per item, delivery to uShaka Marine World, risk transfer on delivery.
