## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of construction works for Lot 2: Upgrading of Morpus–Kainuk Road (54 km) under the Multinational Kenya–South Sudan Road Corridor project.** Suitable bidders are civil engineering/road construction contractors, eligible international or local firms (JV allowed) with AfDB procurement experience and necessary certifications.

#### Requirements
- Open Competitive Bidding (OCBI) open to eligible bidders; JV/consortium allowed with joint liability.  
- Domestic preference margin of 10%.  
- Bid security: KSh 160,000,000 or equivalent; validity aligned with bid period.  
- Compliance with Bank Integrity Framework (fraud/corruption) and ability to allow Bank audit.  
- Eligible materials/equipment sourced from Bank-eligible countries; proof may be requested.
