## Summary

#### Overview
**Upgrading of Kainuk – Lokichar (A1) Road (75 km)** is being procured as Lot 3 of the Multinational Kenya-South Sudan Road Corridor project. The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) invites Open Competitive Bidding (International) for construction works with a 36-month program and 12-month defects period. Bidders may bid for one or more lots; there is a 10% domestic preference. Bids are non-electronic and must be submitted by 03 July 2026.

#### Requirements
- Eligibility and integrity: JV allowed; no conflict of interest; comply with Bank Integrity Framework; nationality as per Bank policy; not debarred.
