## Summary

#### Overview
**The Gauteng Provincial Treasury will procure eight Municipal Finance Hands-on Support Programme General Advisors to be placed in eight Gauteng municipalities (Emfuleni, Lesedi, Midvaal, Merafong City, Mogale City, Rand West City, West Rand District, Sedibeng).** Bidders should be professional services firms with municipal-finance expertise (MFMA/MFMA, budgeting, revenue management, SCM, asset management, GRAP) capable of delivering hands-on advisory support to strengthen local government financial management. The contract funds 8 advisors to support GPT’s Municipal Finance Hands-on Support Programme in the specified municipalities. Proposals will be evaluated under PPPFA rules (90/10 or 80/20).

#### Requirements
- Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS; if no TCS PIN, supply a CSD number; ensure compliance with tax obligations.
- Complete and submit official bid documents (SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure; SBD 6.1 for preferences; contract on SBD 7 if awarded).
- Bids to be submitted on official forms; pricing schedules as applicable; avoid fax submissions.
