Description of the Assignment: National Consultant to Provide Engineering Quality Assurances and Supervision in the Mini-grid Development Processes.

Period of assignment/services: 260 working days distributed over 10 months

Duty Station: The quality assurance Engineering will be 30% in the Ministry of Water and Energy(MoWE) Addis Ababa and 70% on the spot ( Serba and Harrey)

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline. Please be guided by the attached ToR while preparing your proposal.
