#### Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in national-scale communication strategies or awareness campaigns, preferably on environmental or biosecurity issues.

- Strong project management, reporting, and coordination with UNDP, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IAS/biosecurity issues relevant to Mauritius; ability to work across Mauritius, Rodrigues and the Islets.
- Availability to participate in the pre-proposal conference and to submit via UNDP’s online procurement system (Quantum) in accordance with UNDP guidelines.

Procurement of service contract to implement the National Invasive Alien Species (IAS) Communication and Awareness Raising Strategy and Action Plan for the UNDP/GEF ‘Mainstreaming IAS Prevention, Control and Management’ project

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mauritius seeks to contract a qualified service provider to implement its National IAS communication and awareness strategy and action plan for Invasive Alien Species (IAS) and Biosecurity in the Republic of Mauritius. The selected vendor will be responsible for executing various communication activities aimed at effectively addressing the challenges posed by IAS in Mauritius, Rodrigues and the Islets, by raising awareness, fostering engagement, and leveraging technology.
