1\. Project Coordination and Governance · Establish and coordinate the Assembly Secretariat · Support governance structures and oversight mechanisms · Facilitate coordination between partners (government, academia, civil society)2. 2. Assembly Design and Preparation In accordance with international best practice: · Finalise deliberative methodology and session structure · Develop facilitation guides, learning materials and codes of conduct · Coordinate facilitator recruitment and training (including multilingual and trauma-informed approaches)3. 3.
