#### Overview
**Necsa seeks a temporary service provider to supply 2 Mechanical Training Officers at the Necsa Learning Academy for 16 weeks to train apprentices.** Bidders with mechanical trade qualifications and experience in delivering technical training should consider bidding; must have company registration, tax clearance, and B-BBEE status as part of the qualification.

#### Requirements
- Proof of company registration (CIPC)  
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS)  
- B-BBEE Certificate or applicable affidavit if an EME  
- Trade qualification: Trade certificate; minimum N3 or Matric  
- Minimum 3 years’ trade-related experience  
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical training  
- Good communication skills (advantage)  
- Compliance documents: SBD 4 (declaration of interest), COID good standing if applicable  
- Adherence to Necsa General Conditions of Purchase and PPPFA 2022; no delivery without a Necsa purchase order
