## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of design, supply and installation of a 220 kV transmission line (Lot A) for the New Habarana–Kappalthurai Transmission Grid Expansion Project in Sri Lanka.** Open to all eligible bidders under AIIB PIR guidelines; suitable for electrical EPC contractors with experience in 220 kV transmission lines, HTLS twin-bundle conductors and OPGW, including testing and commissioning.

#### Requirements
- Procurement method: Single-Stage, Two-Envelope IOCT, without Prequalification; no prequalification required.
- Tender security: LKR 180,000,000 or USD 600,000.
- Tender document fee: LKR 250,000 or USD 850; payment by cash or bank draft; documents collected from Project Manager (CEATP‑I).
- Submission: physical delivery only; electronic tendering not permitted; bids due 22-10-2026 at 10:00; envelopes labeled accordingly and opened publicly.
