## Summary

#### Overview
**Provision of a monitoring, blocking, reporting and tracking solution to detect and prevent illicit online gambling activities.** The National Gambling Board (NGB) seeks to prequalify service providers to later participate in an RFP for monitoring, blocking, reporting and tracking illegal online gambling websites, with data intelligence for enforcement. The EOI targets bidders with expertise in monitoring, cybersecurity, data analytics and regulatory compliance, capable of operating in South Africa. The EOI is valid for 180 days.

#### Requirements
- Monitor traffic from illegal gambling websites targeting South Africa; profile origin, licence status and owners.
- Block identified illegal websites to prevent operation within SA.
- Report profiled sites and information to NGB to aid law enforcement.
- Continuously track blocked sites to re-block if reintroduced.
- Demonstrate approach/methodology during the EOI; identify stakeholders, approvals/LOC, and potential revenue streams.
- Submit: company profile, proof of registration with the Central Suppliers Database (CSD), tax clearance certificate, and relevant certifications/licensing.
- Intellectual property: NGB owns IP rights to the EOI and its deliverables; maintain confidentiality.
