**Provision of internal audit services to the National School of Government (NSG) for a three-year term.** The NSG seeks a service provider with public-sector internal audit capability, strong governance, and relevant professional certifications (IIA, SAICA, ISACA) to support the Accounting Officer and Audit Committee.

#### Requirements
- Qualifications and staffing
  - Internal audit leadership: Director/Partner with CA or CIA and ≥5 years’ internal-audit experience.
  - Audit Manager: appropriate auditing background with management experience.
  - Team Leader/Supervisor/Auditor: relevant qualifications (minimum NQF 6) and auditing experience.
  - ICT specialists: CISA with relevant experience; team members with ICT audit skills.
  - Quality control: IIA-certified quality reviewer with ≥5 years’ experience.
- Experience and independence
  - Demonstrated public-sector internal audit experience (minimum 3+ years; detailed client references).
  - Dedicated internal-audit unit; personnel must maintain independence from NSG operations.
  - Evidence of external quality assurance (EQAR) or participation in external QA of a client.
- Compliance and registrations
  - Tax compliance status and SARS PIN; possible verification via SARS or CSD.
  - Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD); if not TCS, provide CSD number for all parties.
- Deliverables and methodology
  - Adhere to IIA standards; define audit lifecycle; prepare risk-based plans; provide QA and transfer of skills.
  - Demonstrate ability to deliver ad hoc audits, ICT security reviews, governance, assurance, and reporting.
- Evaluation and documentation
  - Returnable documents (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, pricing via Annexure B, etc.) and Annexures D–E for experience and team details.
