## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of construction and renovation services for the NTCSA Executive Office extension at Megawatt Park and renovations to the Megawatt Park Library and Treasury for six months.** Open to building contractors with CIDB 5GB+ and capability in building extensions, renovations and building services integration (MEP: HVAC, electrical, fire protection). 

#### Requirements
- CIDB contractor grading of 5GB or higher
- CSD registration (mandatory contractual requirement)
- Eligible, non-conflict of interest, not on defaulters list, not restricted by National Treasury; submit mandatory tender returnables (SBD forms) and attachments
- Provide three (3) verifiable reference letters for similar Executive Suite/renovation projects; provide CVs and qualifications of the project design authority; demonstrate capability in fire detection, HVAC and electrical works per project scope
