- Technical/operational: track record of at least 5 years servicing natural gas lines; ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent) quality management; proximity within Gauteng; risk/assumptions/dependencies (RADE) documentation.
- Pricing/commercial: Annexure C pricing schedule; price mark-ups limited by policy; B-BBEE certificate where applicable.
