**Development of Olifantsvlei Cemetery: a 6-month construction and landscaping project** under JHB City Parks and Zoo (CID03/2026). #### Requirements

#### How to Apply
- Submission deadline: 11 November 2026 at 12:00. Briefing is mandatory: 15 October 2026, 12:00–13:00, Olifantsvlei Cemetery Office Block, Cnr Golden Highway (R553) & Stockwell Avenue (see attached briefing details).  
- Submission method: hard copy bids to the JCPZ Tender Box at Head Office, 40 De Korte Street, Braamfontein; telegraphic, email, or late bids not accepted. Bids must be on the employer’s bid documents.  
- Documents to complete/submit: Returnable documents including MBD forms (MBD 1, 3.1, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9), Bill of Quantities, CIDB registration, tax and compliance proofs, JV documentation if applicable, and references.  
- Pre-qualifications: CIDB Grade 6CE or higher; compulsory briefing; complete BOQ; valid guarantor.
