- CSD registration and SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS); separate registrations for JV/consortium members where applicable.
- Provide product brochure and complete Pricing Schedule; certificate of load testing on completion.
- Warranty: 2-year on the lift; associated maintenance/service plan; delivery/testing documentation.
- Proof of locality/address for specific-goal points; appropriate insurance for personnel and equipment.
- Fully signed bid documents; submission in a ring binder and electronic USB copy; bid valid for 120 days.
- Mandatory on-site briefing: 21 October 2026 at 14:00.
