#### Requirements
- Compulsory professional registrations: ECSA (Professional Engineer/Technologist) and proof of registration; otherwise non-compliant.
- SA registrations: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax compliance; foreign entities to complete SBD1.
- Insurance: Public liability up to R10 million (not older than 12 months).
- Documentation: Reference letters; CVs with qualifications; COID letter of good standing; methodology and approach; signed tender submission; site briefing attendance.
- Compulsory documents: One original + 3 copies; evidence of CSD registration and tax compliance; SBD forms (SBD1 if foreign, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD8, SBD9); pricing schedule.
- Technical compliance: Must demonstrate capability to design fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, detection, pumps, passive protection) in line with NFPA/SANS/City by-laws and deliverables (design reports, stamped drawings, BOQ).
