## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of onsite SHEQ training services for AIDC employees, to be delivered on-site at 30 Helium Rd, Rosslyn, by providers with SAQA-aligned qualifications.** Bidders should be capable of quoting for all items in the pricing schedule and provide SAQA-compliant, in-house training with competent assessors/facilitators.

#### Requirements
- Training must be in accordance with SAQA standards.
- Valid certificate of company training accreditation from SA training regulatory bodies.
- Valid Corporate Member Certificate from the South African Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration (provide CSD number).
- POPIA consent and SARS pin verification; BBBEE affidavit or SANAS-verification certificate.
- Fully completed SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and SBD 6.2 forms.
- Pricing schedule fully completed; quotes must be firm for the contract period.
- An assessor/facilitator competent to deliver each course (to be vetted prior to commencement) and competency certificates on completion.
- Integrity Pact signed (document: Integrity Pact for Businesses). (see Integrity Pact files)
- Briefing session: none.

#### How to Apply
- Submit quotations by 06 August 2026, 11:00 to quotations@aidc.co.za (do not copy AIDC personnel).
- Include: fully completed Pricing Schedule (see RFQ), SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 6.2, CSD number, SARS PIN, BBBEE affidavit or SANAS certificate, POPIA consent, and the signed Integrity Pact. (see RFQ and Integrity Pact documents)
