- Complete the 7-step PetroSA registration wizard and achieve green/complete status in all mandatory steps (see Supplier Self Registration.pdf).
- Provide BEE information and attach supporting documents (e.g., BEE certificate) during registration (see Supplier Self Registration.pdf).
- Attach required documents to the supplier profile and declare any conflicts of interest (see Supplier Self Registration.pdf).
- Undergo PetroSA’s vetting by Database Administrators; ensure status allows online tendering.
- Follow online tender submission process before the stated closing date (submission deadline: 30 June 2026 11:00).
