#### Overview
**UUW is procuring an Organizational Culture Survey to assess and report on its organisational culture, including survey design, data collection, analysis and reporting, for a 12-month contract.** Bidder should be a professional-services firm with relevant experience in organisational surveys, HR analytics, survey methodology and reporting; familiarity with BBBEE and public-sector procurement requirements.

#### Requirements
- SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure and Contract Participation Goals declarations.
