## Summary

#### Overview
**Procurement of professional architectural services for the repairs and renovations of Oudtshoorn Magistrate's Office.** Target bidders are architectural practices registered with SACAP (or multidisciplinary practices with architectural principals) that can demonstrate current registration, provide required returnable documents, and meet professional indemnity, BBBEE, and related pre-qualifications.

#### Requirements
- Architectural practice under full-time supervision of a SACAP-registered architect (or multidisciplinary practice with registered architectural principals).
- Proof of current SACAP registration for all principals/architects and relevant qualifications (as part of returnable documents).
- SANAS BBBEE status level verification (certificate or sworn affidavit).
- Evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance at the required level.
- Attendance at the compulsory bid clarification/briefing session (05 November 2026, 10:00, at Customs House, The Dome; mandatory).
- Completion and submission of DPW-09 (PSB), DPW-16.1 (PSB), and other returnable documents (T2.1/T2.2), including pricing schedules and pricing validity (84 days).
- Registration on National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submission of PA forms and related company/ownership documentation.
- Pricing schedule completed (activity/time-based as applicable) and inclusion of signed Form of Offer and Acceptance.
- Site access, addenda compliance (DPW-21), and proof of consortium/joint-venture approvals if applicable.
