#### Requirements
- Returnable documents: SBD1, SBD3.2, SBD4, SBD6.1; A1–A3 forms; B1 (CSD registration), B2 (Tax Clearance PIN); SBD7.2 contract on award; and Annexures for route pricing.
- Fleet and vehicle specs: minimum 32-36 seater buses; one 60-65 seater for Hoffman Square; age not older than 48 months (or provide proof of major overhaul); odometer not >250,000 km at start; all buses licensed with valid Certificate of Fitness; seats, seatbelts, AC, doors, ramps for disabled, fire extinguishers; adherence to depot and fleet inspection criteria (site within Mangaung).
- Personnel: drivers with valid licenses and PDP.
