## Summary

#### Overview
**Appointment of an insurance broker for Overberg Water Board for a period of 36 months.** Bidders should be experienced short-term insurance brokers with FSCA accreditation for relevant products, CSD registration, a valid BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, and compliance with SCM administrative and mandatory requirements. The bid employs an 80/20 evaluation (price 80, specific goals 20). (see Download File)

#### Requirements
- Valid FSCA accreditation for relevant insurance products.
- BBBEE certificate or SANAS-verified affidavit (EME may submit sworn affidavit).
- CSD registration printout and Tax Compliance PIN; annual financial statements for the past 3 years.
- Insurers/underwriters for all quoted insurance classes.
- Attendance at compulsory briefing and completion of returnable schedules (SBD1, SBD3.2, SBD4, SBD6.1) plus Pricing Schedule.
- Compliance with PPPFA/PFMA; submission via the Overberg Water e-Tender Portal/website. (see Pricing_Schedule.xlsx)
