- Tax/compliance: SARS PIN or TCS status; CSD registration; audited 3-year financials; COID/Good Standing.
- Central Database registration; local content declaration where applicable.
- Health and Safety declarations and OHSA compliance; contractor must provide H&S plan.
- If joint venture, provide lead partner’s tax clearance and joint-venture agreement.
- Submit all documents on time; late, incomplete, or non-compliant bids will be rejected.
