#### Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of panel beating experience; reference letters showing at least 50 vehicles repaired per year over 2 years; onsite inspection of premises. 
- Registration on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini supplier database; provide CSD MAAA number and PR number. 
- Tax compliance: Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance; VAT status. 
- Declarations: Municipal Fees, Occupational Health and Safety Act declaration; MBD 4, MBD 5 (if >R10m), MBD 6.1 (BBEE points), MBD 8, MBD 9; official tender form and signatory authority. 
- BBEE: submit BBEE verification or sworn affidavits (EME/QSE rules apply). 
- Returnable documents: authority of signatory; pricing schedule; any additional SCT forms; CVs/samples as required. 
- Health & Safety: comply with OHS Act; acknowledgment in the 37.2 OHS agreement.
