## Summary

#### Overview
**SASSETA intends to establish a panel of five service providers to source and deliver branding equipment and promotional items from the date of appointment until 31 March 2030.** The panel is used on an ad-hoc basis by rotating quotations from panel members (Marketing & Communications). Items are branding/event equipment and materials yet to be defined at the time of ordering. The contract is valued up to about R50 million and uses an 80/20 preference system.

#### Requirements
- Panel of five service providers for ad-hoc branding equipment/materials; quotations rotated among panel members.
- Submit the Standard Bidding Documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.3, SBD 4, SBD 6.1; initial GCC pages.
- Be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a CSD report.
- Submit four or more signed reference letters demonstrating experience in supplying branded equipment/materials.
- Comply with tax requirements (SARS PIN/TCS) and provide tax/CSD documentation; maintain POPIA and confidentiality.
- Provide B-BBEE evidence to claim specific goals; complete the SBD 6.1 form.
- Adhere to SASSETA travel and delivery policies; all travel must be pre-approved.
- Deliver on an as-needed basis; quotations due within three days of request; delivery timeline to be agreed per assignment.
- Access to GCC forms part of the contract; confidentiality agreement to be signed.
