#### Requirements
- CSD number, SARS PIN, and tax clearance; proof of tax compliance.
- Registration with the relevant Law Society and a letter of good standing; fidelity certificate (Attorneys Act No. 51 of 1979).
- Certified B-BBEE certificate; proof of municipal rates (not older than 1 month).
- Company/partnership documents (CVs for lead attorney, shareholding certificates if applicable; JV/consortium agreements if any).
- Lead attorney with at least five years post-admission experience; CVs and evidence of relevant work; total team qualifications and capacity; three client reference letters.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed legal research and apply applicable laws; lead attorney’s hourly fee; provide a pricing schedule per Annexure B.

Tender for provision of legal services through a panel of four service providers for a period of three years for Kumkani Mhlontlo Local Municipality.
