#### Overview
**The ECIC is procuring a Panel of Legal Services for five years to provide advisory, litigation, and related legal services.** Bidders should be law firms or practitioners with capacity across multiple practice areas and must indicate which areas they will cover on their bid (per Annexure B). Practice areas include Administration Law and Procurement Law; Company Law; Competition Law; Constitutional and administrative law (including public procurement); Construction Law; Conveyancing; Corporate and Contract Law; Environmental Law; Financial services laws (including insurance laws); General litigation; General legal assistance; Labour Law, Employment Law and labour dispute resolution; Legal advice on general legal matters and/or topics; Opinion on legislation and legal topics; Property Law; Public Sector Law; Taxation.

#### Requirements
- Indicate areas of law you will cover on the bidder’s letterhead (per Annexure B.pdf).
- Achieve the minimum required points for the indicated areas to be appointed to the panel.
- Bid validity period: 180 days.
- Adhere to ECIC procurement processes and submit as directed in the bid documentation.
