## Summary

#### Overview
**The CETA seeks to appoint a PANEL OF PUBLIC RELATIONS, MEDIA AND COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT to deliver integrated PR, media, reputation and publications services on an as‑needed basis.** The panel targets service providers with public sector experience, a strong portfolio, and a multidisciplinary team including PR strategists, writers, media relations, digital/multimedia specialists, designers and public affairs managers.

#### Requirements
- Register on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof; RFP will only be awarded to tax‑compliant bidders.
- Complete and submit SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.2 and GCC; attach proof of tax compliance or CSD number.
- BBBEE: provide original SANAS BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; EMEs/QSEs must provide relevant affidavits/certificates.
- JV/Subcontracting: if applicable, attach JV agreement, CSD report for all members, signed SBDs for all members, and BBBEE certificate for JV; subcontracting information required; cannot subcontract more than 25% to non‑qualifying entities unless the sub‑contractor is an eligible EME.
- Scheduling: submit required schedules (Schedules 1–7) including proof of CSD, bank letter, references, methodology, team CVs, BBBEE documentation, and completed SBDs.
- Team and qualifications: provide a team with roles (Senior PR Strategist, Corporate Writer, Media Relations Specialist, Digital/Multimedia Specialist, Graphic Designer, Stakeholder/Public Affairs Manager) with relevant PR/communications qualifications and at least 5 years’ experience; provide certified copies of qualifications.
- Due diligence: be prepared for office verification (lease/contracts), employment contracts for proposed team, etc. (due diligence process may be applied).
- Data/privacy: comply with POPI and data protection requirements in handling vendor information.

#### How to Apply
