#### Requirements
- Tax & registration: provide SARS Tax Compliance PIN or CSD number, tax clearance, and BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit).
- Bidding readiness: submit on official forms (Pricing Schedule SBD 3.1, disclosures) and, if applicable, consortium agreement; comply with GCC and any special conditions.
- Policies and site readiness: provide company SHEQ, Health & Safety, and Quality policies; submit project SHEQ documents; comply with Necsa site access, safety and confidentiality requirements; conduct pre-employment screening for staff.
