**Panel of qualified service providers for repairs and maintenance of Council Fleet for a period of three (3) years.** Ray Nkonyeni Municipality invites bids from service providers with proven fleet repair and maintenance capabilities for light and heavy-duty vehicles to be listed on a three-year panel.

#### Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant repairs/maintenance experience (light and heavy-duty vehicles).  
- At least 1 qualified mechanic with 4+ years’ experience and hydraulics capability (certificates and CVs with references).  
- Fully functional workshop capacity (site inspection).  
- Compliance: Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; Tax Compliance status; SAQA verification for any foreign qualifications; valid RMI certificate for quoted category.  
- Non-state-employees prohibition; bids valid for 120 days.  
- Bidding documents: official forms (MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and RNM/MBD 3.2 Pricing Schedule; attachments as specified.  
- Preference system: 80/20 with specific goals (EME/QSE owned by black people) scoring up to 20 points.  
- Joint ventures require appropriate agreements and entity-specific pre-qualification forms.
