#### Requirements
- Proof of Centralised Supplier Database (CSD) registration
- Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN (joint ventures require separate certificates)
- CIDB registration/grading if applicable
- Municipal rates/taxes clearance or acceptable alternative not older than 3 months
- Identity documents of all directors (certified)
- Company registration documents (CK) and active directors
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Evidence of compliance to specifications
- Proof of CSD registration attached
- Attendance at compulsory briefing (non-attendance disqualifies)

#### How to Apply
