## Summary

#### Overview
**Panel of service providers for the provision of full-service agencies for SABC special projects on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of three years.** Open to integrated marketing agencies capable of strategic, creative, digital, experiential and production work across SABC brands, with B-BBEE, CSD registration, tax clearance and related compliance. The evaluation uses a high-level indicative campaign budget of R6 million for a three-month campaign, with pricing and delivery negotiated within the panel framework.

#### Requirements
- SARS PIN to validate tax status.
- Original or certified valid BBBEE certificate (SANAS).
- For EMEs and 51% black-owned QSEs: sworn affidavit (annual) confirming turnover thresholds.
- Proof of valid TV license (company, shareholders and directors) or affidavit.
- Certified copy of company registration, showing active directors.
- Certified shareholders’ certificates and IDs for directors/members.
- Last three years audited/reviewed financial statements or management accounts.
- Proof of Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration.
- Bid is valid for 180 days; winning bidder must maintain/improve the B-BBEE level.
- Compliance with bid conditions; no contract awarded if tax/TV licensing matters are not in order.
