**Procurement of a panel of accredited training providers for a period of three years to deliver unit-standard based training to Ba-Phalaborwa Municipality employees.** Suitable professional training providers with SETA/QCTO or equivalent accreditation, able to deliver unit-standard-based training aligned to NQF, and who attend the compulsory briefing are invited. MFMP registration and SARS tax clearance are typically required as bid prerequisites.

#### Requirements
- Accreditation by SETA, QCTO or equivalent; training must be unit standard based and NQF aligned; provide a Programme Accreditation letter.
- Submit CVs and qualifications for facilitators, moderators and assessors; proof of related work experience; company qualifications and appointment letters.
- Functionality minimum 70% with scoring: Company experience (30), Methodology (10), Qualifications of key personnel (30), Experience of key personnel (30).
- Returnable documents: accreditation, CVs with qualifications, SAPS IDs, CK, CSD Summary, SARS tax PIN, SAQA evaluation for foreign qualifications, joint venture agreements where applicable, MFMP proof if ticked.
