#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: GB or higher.
- Bidders must submit all required forms and annexures (MBD 1–9, Annexures A–F) and, where applicable, JV agreements.
- For offers equal to or exceeding R10 million, audited financial statements for the past three years; and CIDB Level 6+ holders must provide audited statements.
- Central Supplier Database registration and up-to-date municipal rates statements; where applicable, lease or director rates statements.
- Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with SCM number and Project Name; no hard copies; pricing must align with the pricing schedule.
