**Panel of six (06) contractors for building maintenance, alterations, extensions and new building structures for a period of three (03) years, as and when required.** Bidders should be building contractors with CIDB capabilities: Class 1 requires CIDB 2-4 (four providers) and Class 2 requires CIDB 5+ (two providers). The panel combines these two classes to deliver maintenance, alterations, extensions and new builds as needed.

#### Requirements
- CIDB grading: Class 1 – 2 to 4; Class 2 – 5 and above.
- Prequalification: Experience (min four projects >= R650k, with supporting letters) and Expertise (qualified Project Manager and dedicated trades personnel; CVs and certificates required); Plant/equipment including a Boom Lift with valid certification (or a Lease + Lift cert).
- Documentation: Complete MBD forms (MBD1–MBD9) and Annexures A–H; JV considerations if applicable; proof of COIDA, municipal rates, tax status (TCS/CSD), B-BBEE status, and disclosure of interests.
- Compliance: Adherence to GCC and Special Conditions; SANS 10400 and related construction standards; Occupational Health and Safety Act; COIDA validity; insurance and indemnity requirements.
- Evaluation threshold: Functional/Criterion-based pre-qualification with minimum 70/100 points to proceed.
