- Health, safety and compliance: OHSA 1993 and Construction Regulations compliance; Health and Safety Plan; SACPCMP registration for Safety Officer; POPIA/compliance addendum.
- Local procurement goals: comply with Mhlontlo local goals and preference policies; 80 points for price, 20 for local goals; minimum 70% functionality threshold.
