## Summary

#### Overview
**CETA seeks to establish a panel of suppliers for promotional materials used at project launches, learner graduations, career exhibitions and corporate events.** It targets experienced providers with branding/design能力, capable of high-volume production, fast turnaround, and adherence to CETA’s corporate identity. The contract runs for 36 months; the process uses an 80/20 PPP framework.

#### Requirements
- CSD registration and tax compliance, with proof; attach SBD forms and BBBEE status (certificate or sworn affidavit); JV requirements apply if relevant.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in producing/supplying high-volume promotional material; ability to deliver quickly; in-house artwork/design capability; advisory on branding; all items branded with CETA logos (and partner logos) per CI guidelines.
- Subcontracting rules: must declare subcontracting; contracts may disallow sub-contracting more than 25% to non-EMEs unless sub-contractor is an eligible EME.
- Deliverables and capabilities: samples (two sets) and artwork turnaround times; portfolio and references; due diligence verification (office, lease, employment contracts, equipment).
- Evaluation and compliance: five written testimonials; demonstration of portfolio; presentation; adherence to POPI; CC/ GCC compliance.
