- If the deal value is over R10 million (VAT incl.), submit audited annual financial statements for the past three years; CIDB Level 6+ bidders must also provide audited statements.  
- Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).  
- Submit a latest municipal rates statement (not older than 3 months) or equivalent confirmation if rates are not applicable; directors’ properties’ statements may be required.  
- All certified copies must be recent (≤6 months); price alterations must be signed; bids must be in black ink.  
- Bids will be evaluated 80/20; Stage 1 Compliance, Stage 2 Functionality (min 70/100), Stage 3 Price and Specific Goals; PPPFA adherence.
