#### Overview
**The ECIC seeks to appoint a non-exclusive panel of transaction origination partners for five years to identify, qualify, develop and advance commercially viable export-related transactions that may require ECIC insurance, guarantees or risk-sharing solutions.** Bidders can be juristic or natural persons with capabilities in corporate finance, investment banking, deal origination, risk advisory, project finance, banking, and insurance brokerage. The panel is ad hoc; work is allocated via RFQ, with a five-year term and annual performance reviews. Key dates: closing 17 November 2026, 11:00; questions by 3 November 2026; responses by 6 November 2026. #### Requirements
- Demonstrable origination and transaction-closing track record; provide evidence of closed transactions (number and value).
- At least three contactable clients or financing counterparties to validate origination contributions.
- Transformation/SME/export ecosystem contribution: provide B-BBEE status (Level 4+ with meaningful transformation plan preferred; other levels allowed with stated evidence) and comply with POPI, confidentiality, and data-security requirements.
- Compliance prerequisites: proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS PIN), and completion of SBD 1 and SBD 4; each consortium member to provide separate TCS/MAAA as applicable.
- Evaluation readiness: include a 90-day plan with actions, owners and dates; due diligence readiness and governance controls.
