## Summary

#### Overview
**The SAMRC is seeking to appoint service providers to render paramedic and emergency medical support services for two Health Awareness Walk events in the Western Cape.** Bidders should be qualified EMS providers able to deploy at least two paramedics per event, provide on-site emergency medical support with appropriate equipment, and coordinate with local emergency services. The events are in Cape Town (Three Anchors Bay, Sea Point) with delivery at the Parow Valley office for administration.

#### Requirements
- Must be registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and/or South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Comply with the Professions Act, OHSA, and COIDA
- Provide evidence of liability insurance and letter of good standing with the DoEL
- Demonstrate previous experience in supporting similar public or corporate wellness events
- Provide a team of at least two paramedics per event, equipped to manage minor injuries and emergency response
- Deliverables include emergency readiness from 08:00 to 12:30, clear identification of personnel, incident reporting if needed, onsite briefing, and pre-event planning with SAMRC
