## Summary

#### Overview
**Expression of Interest for an Individual Social Consultant for the Green Energy Corridor Project in Mozambique.** The contract covers individual consulting services to support social development, stakeholder engagement, social risk management, RAP/LRP/LMP, and ESF compliance for a 54-month period starting January 2027. Eligible bidders are consultants with a bachelor’s or higher in Sociology or related social sciences and at least 7 years of relevant experience.

#### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Social Sciences, Anthropology or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in social development, stakeholder engagement, and GRM design/implementation
- Proven experience with social impact assessments and management plans, including vulnerability analysis
- Proven track record in managing social risks and implementing RAP, LRP and LMP in at least two large-scale infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated experience applying World Bank ESF/OPs/Performance Standards; prior WB/IFI risk-management experience including training delivery
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (oral and written); ability to engage Mozambican stakeholders; local language proficiency in Tete advantageous
- Availability to work full-time for 54 months starting January 2027; supporting documentation to be submitted with CV (per TOR)
