#### Overview
**KeNHA invites bids for a Performance Based Contract and Drainage Maintenance of the Buxton–Likoni (A7-R) Road.** Eligible bidders must be registered with the National Construction Authority in NCA categories 5, 6 or 7 and may include Youth via AGPO; work is funded via the Road Maintenance Levy Fund.

#### Requirements
- Copy of Certificate of incorporation
- Copy of Valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 5–7)
- Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
- Copy of recent CR 12 (issued within 6 months from tender opening)
- Copy of AGPO registration in the Youth category
- Serialise all tender pages
- Copy of PBC certificate for at least one Director
- Similar previous experience; qualified professional/technical personnel; current workload
- Eligibility: max two tenders; directors with FY2025–2026 awards not eligible; JV rules; ongoing works disqualify; only in indicated NCA category; compliance with PPADA Sec. 157
- Foreign inputs: 40% local content requirement; NCA registration for local contractors; JV exemptions if applicable
