#### Overview
**Procurement of a PERFORMANCE-BASED CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY ENHANCEMENT OF WEBUYE – MAILI TISA (A8) ROAD.** Bidders should be eligible construction firms registered with NCA in Category NCA 3, 4 or 5, and include youth-owned (AGPO) bidders. The project is funded through the Road Maintenance Fuel Levy Fund (RMLF) and uses post-qualification evaluation.

#### Requirements

  - Copy of certificate of incorporation; 
  - Copy of valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 3/4/5); 
  - Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate; 
  - Copy of CR12 (issued within last 6 months); 
  - AGPO registration inYouth category; 
  - PBC certificate for at least one director; 
  - Serialise all tender pages.
