## Summary

#### Overview
**This tender is for a Performance-Based Contract for the maintenance of Londiani – Fort Tenan (B132) Road.** It is open to eligible construction firms registered with the National Construction Authority in categories NCA 5–7, with AGPO WOMEN status, and who meet the pre-qualification and site-visit requirements. #### Requirements

  - Similar previous experience; professional/technical personnel; current workload
  - Bidding limits: max two tenders per bidder; max one award; disqualification for exceeding limits
  - Directors with existing/finalised tenders in FY 2025-2026 disqualified; cross-ownership restrictions for joint ventures
  - Compliance with PPADA 2015 preferences; prohibition on canvassing
  - Foreign bidders: minimum 40% local inputs; NCA registration required by contract award
  - Local registration and ownership rules for JVs and foreign bidders

#### How to Apply
