## Summary

#### Overview
**This tender seeks a PERFORMANCE-BASED CONTRACT FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF MBWEKAS - MAYONI - EKERO (B12) ROAD.** Bids are invited from eligible contractors registered with the National Construction Authority in NCA categories 4, 5 or 6, with preference for WOMEN-owned firms (AGPO), in the Western region, funded via the Road Maintenance Fuel Levy Fund (RMLF).

#### Requirements
- Mandatory documents with bid: 
  - Copy of Certificate of incorporation;  
  - Copy of valid NCA Annual Practising Licence (classes 4–6);  
  - Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate;  
  - Copy of CR12 form (issued within last 6 months);  
  - Copy of AGPO Registration (WOMEN category);  
  - Serialised tender pages;  
  - PBC Certificate for at least one director.  
- Other: relevant prior experience, qualified personnel, current workload; compliance with PPADA Section 157; no canvassing; JV rules and limits (max two tenders per bidder, max one award; directors’ eligibility; ongoing works restrictions); 40% local inputs for foreign bidders; NCA registration requirement before award; environmental/tax obligations.

- Deadline: 16 July 2026 at 09:00.  
- Submission: plain sealed envelope(s) containing the tender package; deliver to KeNHA Western Regional Office (and tender box per instructions in the Tender Notice). Tender opening follows submission.
