## Summary

#### Overview
**Performance Based Contract for Maintenance of Nanyuki – Lewa (A2) Road** is being procured by KeNHA as an Open Tender funded through the Road Maintenance Fuel Levy Fund (RMLF). #### Requirements

- Copy of AGPO registration in WOMEN category;  
- PBC Certificate for at least one director;

- Evidence of similar prior experience, qualified technical personnel, and current workload;  
- Compliance with PPADA and anti-corruption provisions; 40% local content for foreign bidders; NCA registration required before contract award; JV rules and conflict of interest disclosures apply.
